What is considered to be personal data and how do we process it?

Personal data is any given data that identifies or allows to identify an individual, such as given names or surnames, home address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.

The personal data that you submit to us conforms your basic profile data and your contact details, i.e., your name and surname, ID Card number, e-mail address, home address and phone number. Additionally, you may also provide us with your banking details so that we can charge you for our products and services. 


For what purposes do we process your data?

We process all the personal data submitted by our customers in order to create personalised service proposals and then undertake a proper contract execution. Likewise, we use your personal information for billing purposes and for the management and maintenance of the contractual relationship with you.


If you wouldn’t provide us with your personal data and your contact and banking details it would be impossible for us to offer you our services.

Additionally, we will use your personal data to keep you up to date with our Newsletters. We don’t use your data for profiling or to make automated decisions.


How long do we keep your personal data?

The legal base for the processing of your personal data or any personal information you may provide us with is the fulfilling of the contract or subsidiarily, your consent.

It may be possible that we communicate your data to companies that collaborate with us and whose services are essential for the correct fulfilment of a contract or assignment. Within one month of receiving your request, we will inform you about which actions have been taken in order to handle it. If your request is complex to handle, we will contact you within a maximum period of two months.
